Shipping policy

MyNolla will be on Summer holidays between Wednesday 08.07.2025 and Monday 04.08.2025. All orders placed in between that time will be fulfilled as soon as possible. We apologize for possible delays with your order. Once we have fulfilled and shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email.

We deliver currently to all countries within the EU. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends. During sales, delivery might be delayed. We charge the price of return for undelivered and therefore returned packages.

Products of MyNolla online store are sold by Riot Innovations Oy (id: 2650437-6). The terms and conditions listed below will apply between the customer and MyNolla webstore for the sale and purchase of the products contained in the customer's shopping cart. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or updates on subsequent visits.


Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via email and include the total price of the order, shipping costs, payment method, and products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, a correct email address should be provided when ordering. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions when placing an order.

Riot Innovations has the right to cancel the order, if suspicions arise, that the concerned credit card is not valid or might be stolen. In this case, the customer will be contacted and informed by email.

 

Shipping and Delivery Terms in Finland

All orders within Finland are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered by Posti. For reasons that are not dependent on us, the delivery times of Posti can sometimes vary. During holidays the shipping time might be longer.

All orders from outside of Finland are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered by Posti.

Please notice that possible tax / duty / customs payments depending on the destination country are not included and will not be covered by Riot Innovations.

If problems arise with the shipping of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.


Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your package. You can check the shipping status of your package.


Law and Jurisdiction

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under these delivery terms. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki.
