Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your package. You can check the shipping status of your package under that link

Orders are fulfilled and shipped during the week (Mon-Fri). Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation including a tracking code.

How long a shipment will take depends on the country. An estimate of delivery times is the following:

Finland: 1-4 days

Baltics: 2-5 days

Sweden: 2-5 days

Denmark: 2-5 days

We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us directly at support@mynolla.com. Please provide us with your order number, the item, which you wish to return and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and refund your order. When contacting us regarding any issues, please state your name, order number and the product concerned. If possible also include a picture of the damage/issue. If your product is broken or doesn't work properly please also unplug it immediately from the electricity source

In order to change any details of your order, contact us at support@mynolla.com including your full name and order number.

As soon as we've received the product(s) back and validated the return, we'll process your refund. We'll email you when we've refunded your payment to your credit/debit card. You should receive your refund within fourteen (14) days after we receive the items.

In order to use MyNolla Strip, insert the plug into a wall outlet and place MyNolla Strip on an even surface. Before connecting any devices, make sure that the button is off (If the LED is not running, the device is turned off). Before using MyNolla Strip, make sure you have read the safety instructions and are familiar with them.

When MyNolla Strip is connected to a wall outlet, simply push the on/off button located on the top of MyNolla strip all the way until the button clicks and the LED turns white. To turn MyNolla strip off push the button again until you hear a quiet click and the button releases. The button should jump back to the neutral position and the LED should turn off.

MyNolla Strip has an electrical rating of 16 Amps and 250V and has a max load of 3680W. Please make sure that the devices connected use max 16 Amps do not draw more Wattage combined than 3680W.

You can use F-type, E-type or C-type plugs

No, MyNolla Strip is not designed or tested to withstand any water or humidity. Therefore only use it in dry areas and indoors only

No, MyNolla Strip does not have a surge protection. Therefore we advise you to unplug it during a thunderstorm or when you are not at home.

Changing the top sheet is very easy. First unplug MyNolla Strip from the electricity. Then insert a thin tool or toothpick into the small hole on the underside of MyNolla Strip opposite of the cable entry. Push gently to remove top sheet.

Each top sheet is fitted with 3 magnets ensuring a snug fit that won't fall off during normal use.
